Welcome to Casa Paco

Welcome to Casa Paco, tucked away on Clinton Street in Little Italy, where our passion for Mediterranean cuisine meets old-world hospitality.  Each dish and drink served in our charming space, filled with antique furnishings and personal mementos, reflects our commitment to simplicity and excellence.  Our ‘asador’ style live coal grill infuses our offerings with a unique smokey essence that perfectly compliments our Spanish and Northern Italian culinary roots.

Born from the reunion of four former colleagues as equal-share owners and operators, Casa Paco is our nod to the warm and welcoming family run restaurants of old.  By keeping things small, with Rob Bragagnolo and Caroline Chinery in the kitchen alongside Bar Manager Tommy Conrad and Front-of-House Head Ailbhe McMahon, we’re able to bring personal touches to every aspect of your dining experience. Our team recently grew to include one more friend and former colleague, Jay Carrington at the helm of our wine program.

When visiting Casa Paco, you’re being welcomed into our home.  Hope to see you soon!
