Our Story
Welcome to Casa Paco, tucked away on Clinton Street in Little Italy, where our passion for Mediterranean cuisine meets old-world hospitality.
What we love to cook is rooted in our collective family heritage and a decade of living in Spain. Whether it be a take on a Venetian family classic or seafood infused with a Basque inspired smokey essence, we bring the simplicity of traditional cooking to all the beautiful ingredients available here in Canada.
Complimenting our menus is an ever changing seasonal beverage menu, which incorporates many of the same ingredients we use in the kitchen. Citrus, smoke, fresh herbs from our garden and local produce make their way into cocktail and zero-proof recipes alike.
Rounding out your experience is our curated wine program, which mirrors our culinary inspiration by focusing on the artisanal wines from unsung regions of Italy and Spain.
