Frequently Asked Questions

What are my options for dining at Casa Paco?

Thursday through Saturday we offer our Menu de Casa, a four course set menu starting at $87 per person (beverages, hst and gratuity not included) with choice of shared main course.  Reservations required.

Sundays are for paella!  Our two course set menu starts  at $63 per person (beverages, hst and gratuity not included) with a choice of shared paella.  Reservations required.

Tom’s bar seats are available for walk-ins.  Pop in Thursday through Saturday from 6pm for drinks and a light bite.

Please note that all guests included in your reservation must partake in our menus (children included). Infants should not be included in the number of diners but we do appreciate prior notice so we can make appropriate space at your table.

Can you accommodate allergies and dietary restrictions?

We are unable to guarantee zero cross contamination in our kitchen.  We are therefore not able to accommodate guests with severe allergies where either ingestion or cross contamination will trigger a reaction.  We do our best to accommodate mild allergies but require advance notice.  Please give detailed notes regarding any allergies (including severity) or dietary restrictions for each member of your party when making your reservation.  We will contact you if we feel an allergy or restriction can not be safely accommodated. Unfortunately we are unable to provide vegan substitutes for our dinner menu Thursday through Saturday.

Do you accommodate large parties?

As we have a small 16 seat dining room, the possibility of accommodating large groups is limited.   Please email info@casapaco.ca to inquire about reservations of 5 guests or more.

How long is my dining time?

We are a small team and the timing of our reservations is very important.  In order to allow us to offer you the best possible dining experience, your punctuality is very much appreciated.  Tables on Paella Sunday will be reserved for 2 hours and 15 minutes, starting from the time of your reservation. We will do our best to be flexible where availability allows, but should you arrive late, we may not be able to accommodate your party.

What is your cancellation policy?

We are a small restaurant with a very limited number of seats. Last minute cancellations have a very significant impact on our business. If you are unable to attend, you may cancel your reservation penalty free, up to 24 hours before your reservation time or transfer your reservation to another guest.  Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows will incur a charge of $60 per person. The cancellation penalty will also apply to reservations arriving with a reduced number of guests.

Is Casa Paco accessible?

Due to the age of our building, our location is unfortunately not fully accessible.  Please note, there are two steps leading up to the front door and our washrooms are downstairs.

Does Casa Paco host private events?

We offer seated private dining events for up to 24 guests and can accommodate up to 35 guests for cocktails and canapes. Please email info@casapaco.ca for details.

Is there parking available nearby?

There is underground Green P parking available at 74 Clinton Street and a street level Green P parking lot behind St. Francis Elementary School.  Both can be accessed from the West side of Clinton Street just north of the restaurant.  Limited street parking can also be found in the surrounding neighbourhood.

Can I bring my own cake?

We welcome you to bring your cake for a special occasion.  Please note there will be a plating fee of $5 per person.

Can I bring my own wine?

We welcome guests to bring their own wine.  Our corkage fee is $65 per 750ml bottle and $85 per magnum.

Do you allow strollers in the dining room?

As we have a small dining room, we unfortunately can not accommodate strollers or highchairs.  Guests with babies or infants are welcome to bring their own booster seats or carriers and request bench seating.

Is Casa Paco dog friendly?

We welcome dogs on our patio during summer months.  Service animals are permitted in the dining room with advance notice and proper documentation.

Do you offer take out?
