What we love to cook is rooted in our collective family heritage and a decade of living in Spain. Whether it be a take on a Venetian family classic or seafood simply grilled over live coals Basque style, we bring the simplicity of old world cooking to all the beautiful seasonal ingredients available here in Canada.
Casa Paco is a set menu only restaurant. On Thursday, Friday and Saturday, tables may choose between our 4 course Menu de Casa ($100 per person) and our 5 course Chef’s Menu ($145 per person).
Both menus offer a choice of shared main course. Beverages, hst and gratuity not included.
Reservations required.
PAELLA SUNDAYS
Our three course set Paella menu is priced at $92 per person (beverages, hst and gratuity not included) with a choice of shared paella.
Served only on Sundays, reservations required.
TOMMY’S BAR SEATS
Tommy’s seasonal cocktail list ties in with our menu by using many of the same ingredients we use in the kitchen; citrus, herbs and smoke make their way into cocktail and zero-proof recipes alike. We’ve also amassed an incredible collection of amaros. We’re always ready to help you choose the perfect one to end your meal.
Seats at the bar are available for walk-in guests to enjoy drinks and a light bite from our Bar Menu.
